Reno Phil Performs With The Cirque De La Symphonie For The First Time

Commemorating its 50th anniversary, the Reno Phil is creating an unforgettable experience at the Grand Sierra Resort Casino on Saturday, September 8, 2018 with Cirque De La Symphonie.

Cirque performers will synchronize the imaginative athleticism of aerial flyers, acrobats, contortionists and strongmen, with the brilliance of the Reno Phil Orchestra as they perform scores from favorite movies under the leadership of Maestro Laura Jackson.

“It’s going to be a magical evening with such impressive choreography!” Said Laura Jackson, Music Director and Conductor.

Celebrate half a century of music making with the Reno Phil prior to the concert at the Magic of Music: Celebrating 50 Years Gala presented by Bill Pearce Motors beginning at 5:00 pm. Gala tickets include a cocktail hour, dinner, and VIP tickets to the Cirque De La Symphonie concert.

Tickets start at $250 per person for the Gala dinner, and proceeds support the Reno Phil. Tickets for the Cirque De La Symphonie concert range from $45-$75, depending on seating preference.

“Close your eyes and picture Reno’s stunning Grand Theatre and sounds of moving music while daring acrobats fly through the air. Illuminating lights, symphonic music, and captivating talent will truly make for a breathtaking show,” said Jackson.
