RenoKicks Gym Coming To Downtown Reno

A new gym is about to hit, or rather kick, downtown Reno: RenoKicks. A unique circuit based gym designed for maximum energy and calorie burn, with on-site trainers instructing workouts Reno Kicks’ Grand Opening will be held Wednesday, June 29, from 4-7pm.

” From the first-time boxer to the experienced athlete, we have something for everyone. Reno Kicks (RK) is going to be exactly what people have been looking for!” said Jordon Trice, Reno Kicks’ General Manager. “We take what makes sustainable life change possible and build into our philosophy.”

The Grand Opening will be a community party and will include the Nevada Cheerleaders our onsite cafe partner, Roundabout Catering will also be present to allow the public to try their food offerings, which will be the same healthy eating products offered at the gym. There will also be raffle prizes of memberships as well as swag giveaways.

What sets RK apart from other local gyms is they have individually selected many unique items of gym equipment to enable you to have a fast and effective workout, including heavy bags and speed bags as well as TRX resistance trainers, free weights and kettle bells. There will also be the on staff experienced nutrition coach Lauren Neil, to talk about all aspects of nutrition.

“We understand eating healthy is half the battle, so we want to be there to help on all ends, not just the workout side of things,” said Trice.

“We also understand people are busy, so at RK you can walk in at anytime between the hours of 7am-7pm, Mon-Sat, closed daily 1:30-3:30, and we will be ready to give you the workout of your life.”
