Spiritual State of the World Conference

Date:

PrintSPIRITUAL STATE OF THE WORLD NEWS RELEASE – Body, mind and soul are given new, life-enriching information at the 4th Annual Conference on the Spiritual State of the World, October 4-6. The full-day of main presentations will be held at the University of Nevada in the Joe Crowley Student Union on Saturday, October 5. Eleven international scholars will present the latest findings and concepts affecting the spiritual state of our world.

Conference highlights include the following three presenters:

Noted Baltimore attorney Sylvia Ontaneda-Bernales, who earned her J.D. Degree from the George Washington University Law School, offers a brief analysis of socio-cultural evolution and post Cold War world order viewed through the prism of Darwinian Theory. The analysis is used as a stepping stone to suggest that Darwinian processes can extend beyond biology and the social sciences to include the creation and evolution of a “new man.”

Yukinori Matsushita, who holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Physics and Chemistry in Japan and a Master of Science in Ergonomics and Cybernetics from Loughborough University of Technology in the UK, examines the changes experienced in all aspects – environmental, social and in people’s consciousness. In the age of global communication, these changes had spread all over the globe with images and their influence still felt.

James L. Oschman, PhD, a ground-breaking international author and one of the first academic scientists to investigate the basis for complementary and alternative therapies, discusses how modern quantum physics and cosmology are painting an entirely different picture.

Additional topics range from “Macrocosmic Aspects of the Global Awakening” to “Water and Motion in Nature and its Implication to Good Health” to “Leading Transformation in a Technology Oriented World.” The host of this year’s event, COSOLARGY® International, is a non-profit, non-exclusionary spiritual and educational institution based in Reno, Nevada, since 1972. This year’s conference is a collaborative effort of many hearts, hands and helpers. Intended to be a forum that brings broad perspective to humanity’s current state of spiritual affairs, the event welcomes presenters and delegates from a multitude of faiths, philosophies and practices.
