The University of Nevada athletics program will be featured in primetime on Sundays this year in the new “Wolf Pack All Access” show, presented by Champion Chevrolet, that will debut or KRNV-TV this Sunday after NFL Sunday Night Football on NBC, the Wolf Pack announced today.

The 30-minute show will feature an inside look at Wolf Pack athletics, interviews with Wolf Pack head coaches, feature stories on Nevada student-athletes, game recaps, previews and more. The 26-episode show will air live on KRNV-TV Channel 4 in Northern Nevada and will air directly after Sunday Night Football during the football season.

The show will air approximately at 8:30 p.m. on Sundays during the NFL season. Nevada football coach Chris Ault will be featured on the show throughout the football season, providing inside analysis of the Pack’s most recent game and offering a preview of the team’s upcoming opponent.

After football season, the show will move to the 6:30 p.m. time slot and Wolf Pack basketball coach David Carter will be featured along with other head coaches for the Wolf Pack.

“We’re very excited to bring our viewers something the Northern Nevada market hasn’t seen in nearly two decades,” said Mary Beth Sewald, KRNV’s station manager.  “Our partnership with the University of Nevada and Champion Chevrolet furthers our commitment to what matters most – our community.”

Bryan Samudio, KRNV sports director, will host the show and will lead interviews with student-athletes and Wolf Pack coaches. The debut episode on Sunday will feature an inside look at the Wolf Pack’s “Battle Born” campaign and will feature an interview with former Wolf Pack star quarterback Jeff Rowe, who has returned to his alma mater to begin his career in collegiate athletics.

“As a graduate of the University of Nevada, there’s nothing better than being able to cover my alma mater for Wolf Pack Nation,” Samudio said. “Fans can expect a superior product and a look inside Wolf Pack athletics that they’ve never had access to before. It will be like having their own press pass.”

The show is a partnership between Nevada Athletics, KRNV-TV and Wolf Pack Sports Properties.

“Nevada Athletics is excited to collaborate with KRNV,” said Rory Hickok, Nevada’s senior associate athletics director. “We felt this was a great opportunity to provide in-depth coverage of our department to the Northern Nevada community.
