Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Agency requesting qualifications for website design

By ThisIsReno

The Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Agency (TMRPA) is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Website Design and Development.

The Agency’s current website – www.tmrpa.org – serves as a portal for local officials, planners and the public to access critical information, documents and data related to the Truckee Meadows Regional Plan. A series of fact sheets on a range of topics also provide quick information on regional planning subjects such as affordable housing and water resource management.

Several important types of regional geospatial data also exist on the TMRPA’s website, including detailed local maps and GIS (geographical information systems) data files available for download.

“We are looking forward to updating our website to enable the Agency to reach a broader audience and enhance the end-user experience,” said Kimberly H. Robinson, Executive Director of TMRPA. “TMRPA is interested in exploring the possibilities of new web-based technologies and creativity to help us disseminate critical information and data to the public and our stakeholders.”
