KPS3, a full-service marketing and communications firm, has announced the promotion of two team members who demonstrate excellence in their fields. Shyene Joubert has been promoted to associate director of content, and Ashley Campagna has been promoted to account manager.

Shyene Joubert joined KPS3 in 2022 as a copywriter following roles in consulting, writing and copyediting. Joubert has developed and implemented impactful content strategies for clients spanning multiple industries, leading to her new role.
As associate director of content, Joubert will lead KPS3’s content division. She will collaborate with other division leaders to develop content strategies, oversee copywriting and digital asset creation and guide division employees. Joubert earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a specialization in writing from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2018.
Ashley Campagna joined KPS3 in 2021 as an account coordinator. During her time at the agency, Campagna has earned two promotions. Her dedication and project management expertise earned her a promotion to associate account manager in 2023, and she now steps into the role of account manager after successfully managing multiple large clients.
As account manager, Campagna will build measurable, insight-driven solutions for agency clients. She will continue to serve as a liaison between the internal KPS3 team and clients, as well as manage projects and contribute to clients’ overall business goals. Campagna earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration with a major in marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno.
