KPS3 promotes Brook Bentley, Vin Gonzalez, Jena Esposito and Logan Schauer (sponsored)

KPS3, a full-service marketing and communications firm, has announced the promotion of four team members who exemplify excellence in their fields. Brook Bentley, MBA has been promoted to account director; Vin Gonzalez has been promoted to senior designer; Jena Esposito, APR has been promoted to senior public relations manager; and Logan Schauer, MA has been promoted to associate social media manager.

“As KPS3 continues its upward trajectory, our team evolves with it,” said Rob Gaedtke, president and CEO of KPS3. “Promoting from within has been in place since day one. I have worked hand-in-hand with all four employees, and they are more than deserving of their elevated promotions. I look forward to their continued success.”

Brook Bentley, MBA, brings more than eight years of marketing experience to her role as an account director. She will continue to lead and develop marketing plans spanning multiple industries, connect goals to various marketing communications channels for stellar results and maintain strong client and internal team relationships. Prior to joining KPS3 five years ago, Bentley held roles at Sierra Nevada Media Group, Everything Nevada and Northern Nevada Business Weekly. She earned her bachelor of arts in communication and media studies from San Diego State University and her masters in business administration from the University of Nevada, Reno. 

Vin Gonzalez brings more than a decade of diverse creative work to his role as a senior designer. He will continue to take campaigns and projects from concept to execution, leverage data-driven insights to inform design decisions and multi-channel campaign integration and provide art direction for video and photo production.  Prior to joining KPS3, Gonzalez worked at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino and SoSu.TV. He holds an associate of applied science degree in graphic communications from Truckee Meadows Community College.

Jena Esposito, APR joined KPS3 in 2021 as public relations manager after advancing in the fast-paced environment of communications and marketing at Renown Health. As senior public relations manager, she will serve as a strategic PR partner and advisor for clients and continue to manage media relations and communications for award-winning programs and campaigns. She holds a bachelor of arts in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno. Esposito earned an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) in 2021.

Logan Schauer, MA joined KPS3 in 2021 as a social media & PR coordinator after working at Alice Heiman, LLC; Layne Linebaugh, DC, PHA and in other positions in fitness and education. As associate social media manager, Schauer will develop social strategies, manage content and community, design and implement influencer campaigns and deliver social media reporting for a multitude of clients. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and journalism with a focus on graphic design, strategic communications and PR from the University of Nevada, Reno and her master’s degree in Spanish linguistics and literature from the University of Nevada, Reno.
