Reno Experience District announces grand opening (sponsored)

Reno Experience District will celebrate the Grand Opening of the property with games, food trucks, and a DJ on Saturday, November 6.

Lyon Living, the developer behind the Reno Experience District (RED), will host a Grand Opening celebration on the property Saturday, November 6 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The celebration marks the launch of RED’s two residential buildings, the RED Park and the brand-new Welcome Pavilion.

Lyon Living welcomes the public to the now-completed RED Park to participate in lawn games, face painting, raffle prizes, music and food provided by local food trucks. The event is family friendly, and pets are welcome to attend as well.

Emory and Basecamp, two luxury residential communities onsite at RED, are currently open and leasing. Both communities offer studios, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, and are highly amenitized with indoor/outdoor fitness centers, resort style pools, and clubhouses. Units start at $1295/month. The third and final residential building will come online in summer 2022.

Also new to RED are the Burning Man sculptures Passage by Dana Albany, Entwined by Charles Gadeken, and a custom children’s play structure designed by Burning Man artist Michael Christian.
