Street Vibrations, Reno’s annual motorcycle rally, concluded this weekend with 39 arrests.
The Reno Police Department issued the following statement:
RPD increased staffing during the event to ensure the safety and security of the community and the event participants. As part of this increased staffing the Street Enforcement Team conducted operations in the downtown area while the Traffic Division focused on vehicle and pedestrian safety within and around the venue perimeter.
RPD said there were 39 arrests, which includes 13 felony arrests for possession of a stolen property and possession and sales of controlled substances.
Misdemeanor arrests included trespass, urinating in public, using marijuana in public, DUIs and obstructing and resisting an officer.
