PHOTOS: Punk Rock Flea Market at The Generator

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Day one of the Generator’s punk rock flea market was a family affair. With more than 1,500 people attending through the day, artists, vendors, and crafts-folk all came together at the ginormous Sparks warehouse with nine punk bands blasting their way through the day.

It’s an all ages event, but there is beer (Lagunitas) on site. Bring cash or expect to pay a hefty ATM fee.

There’s still a chance to catch some action. Day two ends today, Sunday, and features eight more bands playing until 6 p.m. The event benefits the Generator as it transitions to becoming self-funded.

Details here. View a photo gallery below of local bands Pink Awful, Donkey Jaw, and Southern California’s War Boy.
