Reno’s only locally-owned and operated student housing community, Wolf Run Village, is adding a second complex, Wolf Run East, to its family to open in summer 2017 just in time for the fall semester.

Like its sister property, Wolf Run East is just a few moments’ walk away from the University of Nevada and features a unique combination of private and shared housing units exclusively for college students. Wolf Run strives to provide pricing that is consistently less than their competitors.

Each student has his or her own bedroom, bathroom and lease agreement, while sharing living and cooking quarters with other students, truly creating the best of both worlds for college kids. Both properties offer oversized bedrooms, private bathrooms, washer and dryer facilities in each unit, furnished common areas, free parking, high-speed internet, cable TV, and individual billing for utilities so each student only pays their share.

“At Wolf Run East we offer the same solid amenities students have loved for decades at our original property which is why we’re always 100 percent full. Wolf Run properties provide students the ‘college roommate experience’ but with more privacy and independence,” said Shellie Neeser-Brown, co-founder of the Wolf Run properties. “My family founded these properties based on my own experience as a college student years ago, but the principles are still the same – students want to socialize, but they crave a little privacy as well. The Wolf Run properties provide that along with a list of other conveniences designed especially with students needs in mind.”

Wolf Run Village was the first true student housing in northern Nevada, dreamt up 20 years ago by Neeser-Brown and her father, Mike Neeser, in response to a lack of student housing outside of the dormitories. In partnership with a contractor family member, Jerry Neeser of Neeser Construction Inc., Wolf Run Village was born.

Property available for showing in April of 2017.

In 2017, the addition of Wolf Run East means more opportunities for serious college students to have housing that offers the college experience, while also allowing for a study-family atmosphere. Because of the unique arrangement of the units and the close proximity to the University of Nevada, students can zip home between classes if they want and really don’t even need a car.

“We designed both properties especially for students. We manage the same way. We care about our student clients and want them to have a good experience, yet provide an atmosphere conducive to going to school as well,” said Neeser-Brown. “We are community-minded and family-rooted, and I’m absolutely thrilled that Wolf Run East will debut this summer in time for the fall semester.”

Applications for Wolf Run Village and Wolf Run East are being accepted now along with a limited time $500 signing bonus.
