Whitney Peak Hotel boasts that it is non-smoking and non-gaming. It’s also home to some of the most expansive views of downtown Reno and beyond.

Locally grown/raised food is served at Heritage Restaurant on the ground-floor, and for those who care about the quality of sound at live shows, Cargo is one of the few concert venues in the Reno area that wisely invested in quality sound treatment of the 1,100-capacity club’s interior. Translation: A less boomy sounding room equals a better listening experience.

The hotel also features BaseCamp, the “world’s tallest climbing wall,” with indoor and outdoor bouldering opportunities.
