The partnership between the Reno Police Department and the community is helping to make Reno one of the safest cities in America.
In a recent report by Business Insider, Reno, Nevada was listed as the 17th Safest City in America. The Business Insider advises they use the FBI’s latest report on crime and found the cities with violent crime rates substantially below the national average. The report highlights that Reno’s murder rate is 35% below average; rape rate 46% below average; and robbery rate 25% above average.
