SIGMA KAPPA NEWS RELEASE – Sigma Kappa Sorority’s annual philanthropic event, entitled “SKetti Night,” is an all-you-can-eat spaghetti feed with all proceeds benefiting the Sigma Kappa foundation and its included organizations. Sigma Kappa’s main philanthropies include Alzheimer’s Research and Gerontology. The all-night event held on Friday, March 1, was extremely successful and brought in record crowds to the Sigma Kappa house at 205 University Terrace just near the university’s campus. With a fundraising total of over $12,000, Sigma Kappa continues on in its philanthropic ventures with other donations to several other organizations. The event was a huge hit on campus and Sigma Kappa remains a leader in its philanthropic services year round. The sorority’s passion for service helped them to raise more money than ever before and increase the amount of passion each member has for its philanthropies.
