Moving company owner ‘stung,’ pans Nevada’s licensing process

NPRI logoCarolyn Davis wanted to start a moving company in Las Vegas, but instead got caught in a sting operation by the Nevada Transportation Authority. The company was fined $1,000 for operating and advertising without a license.
