WHAT:
Washoe County Senior Services will be hosting two “Meet the Candidates” events. These are wonderful opportunities for seniors and community members to meet and talk with candidates running for public office.
WHERE:
IN SPARKS on Wednesday, May 9
10 to 11 a.m.
at the Washoe County Sparks Senior Center

IN RENO on Wednesday, May 16
9 to 11 a.m.
at the Washoe County Reno Senior Center
1155 E. Ninth Street
These open-house type programs are sponsored by the Washoe County Senior Services Advisory Board and the city of Reno Senior Citizens Advisory Council.
They allow people to talk one on one with candidates. Candidates running for U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress, State Senate, various state assembly districts, county commissioner, Reno City Council and Sparks City Council have been invited.
