Scott Dickison has been hired as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hometown Health. As CFO for Hometown Health, Dickison will be responsible for shaping the overall financial strategies for the insurance division including integration of all Renown Health services with Hometown Health. Other responsibilities include accounting, billing, enrollment, underwriting and risk assessment for Hometown Health.
Dickison has more than two decades of experience in large integrated healthcare networks and managed care organizations. His most recent work was with Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pa., where he began as vice president of finance for the system’s health plan and then was promoted to vice president of strategy and business development for the entire network. Dickison also spent 10 years with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield in leadership positions in finance decision support, regulatory affairs and implementation, and financial planning and analysis.
Dickison earned his master’s degree in finance and accounting business administration from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis,.
