Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® invites the community to attend special dog-friendly fundraising event

The Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® (RSAR) invites the community to join them in supporting the SPCA of Northern Nevada with laughter and local food at their Giving Tuesday Fall Festival happening November 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the SPCA of Northern Nevada Thrift Store.

The Fall Festival is a dog-friendly event. Adoptable dogs and cats will be on-site at the festival, and RSAR will be sponsoring the adoption fees of all pets at the event. All event attendees will also receive a coupon for one purchase at the thrift store.

“We are so proud to have partnered with the SPCA this year, and this event really encapsulates the joy we at RSAR have had working with them,” said Gary MacDonald, President of RSAR. “It’s been incredible seeing what they’ve been able to accomplish.”

The event is free to attend. Guests will be able to enjoy several varieties of fall fun at the Fall Festival, including food trucks, a festive photo booth, and even a chance to throw pies at a realtor for the chance to win prizes. Attendees can also sit and relax in SPCA’s cat café bistro.

All proceeds from the event will go to the SPCA of Northern Nevada, the RSAR’s chosen philanthropic organization of the year. Funds raised from the Fall Festival will be allocated to SPCA’s Giving Tuesday fundraiser, where all proceeds will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000.

For those who cannot attend the event, you can still support the SPCA by purchasing items they need via their Amazon wishlist. To learn more about other RSAR initiatives, visit rsar.realtor.
