Local Gym & Healthy Cafe Making It Easy To Keep NYE Resolutions

Reno Kicks, a unique circuit based gym, is partnering up with BFF Cafe, Reno’s premier healthy dining option, to make it easy for people to keep their resolutions this new year. Prorate

Reno Kicks is offering a New Year’s special, waiving their $99 initiation fee while also lowering their monthly rate by 20% if you sign up before the clock strikes Midnight on December 31st. Reno Kicks has also recently partnered with BFF Café to offer their line of nutritionally balanced meals-to-go.

“We want to give people all the things they need to be successful. Its not enough to just workout, nor is it enough to just eat well, both are equally important. Providing BFF Café’s Fuelpacks allows us to offer our members an all encompassing solution to health and fitness, right in time for the New Year” said Jordon Trice, owner, Reno Kicks.

When you become a member of the gym, you are given private consultation time with a nutritional coach who is well versed in how the BFF Fuelpacks can help you attain your fitness goals. BFF Cafe will also be hosting a Nutrition 101 class Monday, January 9th at 6pm, offered to the Reno Kicks members and community members alike for $35 (a $250 value).

“Stay on track with your NYE resolutions this year! At BFF Café, we truly think of ourselves as your body’s best friend,” said Gwen Sedler, co-owner of BFF Café. “We understand that half the battle of eating right is the time it takes to shop, clean, cook and package your healthy foods. We take the hard work out of it so you can concentrate on work, family, community involvement, and keeping those resolutions.”

BFF Cafe wants to help you find the “New You” in the New Year. The Nutrition 101 class will lead you through the basics of healthy eating, debunk some of the mysteries of proper nutrition and outline easy to implement strategies to help you be successful. Participants will take home a one-week meal plan and a Fuelpack to sample.

“Start 2017 off on a healthy note with the Reno Kicks NYE package and our Nutrition 101 class, said Jen Boscovich, co-owner of BFF Cafe. “Eighty percent of the way you look and feel is what you eat, our goal is to change the way Reno eats one bite at a time.”
