During National Diabetes Awareness Month, JDRF Northern Nevada is raising awareness and funds for critical Type One Diabetes research, using a text-to-donate campaign. Through November 30th, community members can text JDRF5 to 20222 to donate funds to JDRF, adding $5 to their phone bill.
Governor Brian Sandoval has proclaimed November “Diabetes Awareness Month in Nevada” and local businesses are encouraged to step up and help the cause.
Donations are collected for the benefit of JDRF by the Mobile Giving Foundation and subject to the terms found at www.hmgf.org/t. Message and data rates may apply. Donors can unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to 20222 or text HELP to 20222 for help.
