BVW Jewelers, located at 35 Foothill Road Suite 3, in Reno was recently named one of America’s coolest jewelry stores by the national INSTORE magazine.
The locally owned retailer offers in-house customer jewelry for all occasions.
“Most jewelry stores say they make custom jewelry then ship it off to be made by someone else,” said Britten Wolf, BVW Jewelers’ owner. “We aren’t your typical jewelry store because we don’t design or sell typical jewelry.
“As owner of BVW Jewelers, I have been designing and working in the jewelry industry for over 25 years. I am a second-generation jeweler/goldsmith who apprenticed with his family in Albuquerque, New Mexico.”
Wolf developed his own style and maintained his reputation as one of the most unique and creative designers of fine jewelry in Northern Nevada.
BVW Jewelers opened in 2005, when Britten Wolf started the operation with jewelry of his own, inspired by art and flowing organic patterns.
With an online presence (www.BVWDesigns.com), he grew his business for six years while also working as an independent wholesale jeweler for retail locations, including DeVons Jewelers, Kenny G and Company Fine Jewelers.
In 2013, Britten Wolf launched BVW Jewelers with the desire to share his jewelry and knowledge of all aspects of fine jewelry to the local Reno Nevada community. BVW Jewelers gives the Northern Nevada community a personal place to shop and socialize while enjoying unique surroundings, he said.
