knpb_reno_nevada-300x200-6060549-3892297Facebook is arguably one of the most powerful marketing tools in existence, but starting promotions on the world’s largest social network can be daunting. A three-hour workshop is being held March 27, 2015 from 9 a.m. to noon. The workshop covers Facebook marketing basics, including:

  • How to set up a business page
  • Understanding post types
  •  Interpreting Facebook’s statistics and insights
  • How and where to invest your time and money into Facebook marketing

This workshop is hands-on and interactive, led by Bob Conrad, Ph.D., APR. A laptop computer and a personal Facebook account are required for this workshop. Free wifi will be provided.

“There is no magic formula for successfully using Facebook to promote and market,” Conrad said. “This workshop, however, will give people useful tools to better promote their business, non-profit or event with time-tested tactics used on a variety of different types of Facebook pages, from businesses to bands.”

Space is limited so early registration is strongly encouraged. SOLD OUT. Early registration is $70 until March 11. The price goes up to $100 after March 11, 2015. Register below or online:  https://www.eventbrite.com/e/introduction-to-facebook-marketing-tickets-15843040962?ref=etckt
