Fennemore Craig Jones Vargas, one of the largest law firms in the Southwest, is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew Digesti, a seasoned litigator who has recently joined the firm’s Reno office.

Digesti practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation. His experience includes a broad range of civil and defense litigation in both state and federal courts. He also has significant experience in appellate work including all aspects of representation before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit court of Appeals.

“The firm’s commitment to generate positive resolutions for our clients is further solidified with Digesti’s commercial litigation experience in both Nevada and California,” said Ann Morgan, office managing partner of Fennemore Craig Jones Vargas Reno office. “We welcome him to our growing office and to the community.”

Digest earned his juris doctor, with an emphasis in intellectual property studies, from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law He received his bachelor of business administration in business economics from the University of San Diego, where he earned a lifetime induction into Omicron Delta Epsilon, an international economics honor society. Mr. Digesti also served as a law clerk to Nevada Supreme Court Justice James Hardesty. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of California.
