Danika Sharp just missed a double-double, finishing the game with 21 points and nine rebounds. Sophomore Emily Burns added six points and nine rebounds.
“Most teams would have checked out after having the type of season that we have had,” head coach Jane Albright said. “My team has not. I am so proud of the way that they have responded lately. These last two weeks I have witnessed a different part of them that I have not seen before. Wednesday’s game at home will be key for us before going back on the road.”
