Washoe County Regional Parks presents Contraband this Saturday, Feb. 2, at Bartley Ranch as part of the 17th season of the popular “Come in from the Cold” Winter Entertainment Series.
Contraband is composed primarily of Reno-based doctors and fellow musicians. They play many different styles of music and have been described as both a rock and a folk band.
Every Saturday night through Mar. 9, performers from a wide variety of musical genres, including Scot Marshall, Richard Elloyan and Homemade Jam, will play in the Western Heritage Interpretive Center at Bartley Ranch.
Capacity is limited to 280 persons, and doors open at 5 p.m. The “Come in from the Cold” series is made available thanks to generous support from the performers, sponsors and audiences. A $3 per person donation is encouraged to help support this and future park programs.
