Learn to scare with flair at the Rail City Garden Center Green College seminar on scarecrow building, on both Saturday, Oct. 1, and Sunday, Oct. 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost is $10 per scarecrow.
“Astonishing Artist Linda Hollis” will teach the fun-for-the-whole-family seminar at Rail City Garden Center, 1720 Brierley Way in Sparks.
“You can bring your own clothes for your scarecrow, or use some of the clothing we’ll have for you,” Hollis explained. Stuffing and other scarecrow building supplies will be provided.
