This Is Reno received the following statement today from Alison Gaulden, vice president of public affairs for Nevada Planned Parenthood Advocates Mar Monte:
“The electoral arms of Planned Parenthood take whether or not a candidate is pro-choice very seriously. It looks as though Washoe County Senate District 1 candidate Phil Salerno does not. We have revoked his ‘prochoice’ standing.”
