UNR student from Reno wins scholarship in aging

Clair Rummel is presented with her award by professor William Eubank.

Clair P. Rummel of Reno, a graduate student in psychology at the University of Nevada, Reno, won a scholarship from UNR’s Sanford Center for Aging.

She received the award at the center’s annual Celebration of Scholars in Aging, held April 26 on the UNR campus.

Created in 1993, the Sanford Center for Aging develops innovative programs, supports education and research, and partners with community organizations to “add life to years” of Nevada elders.
