Governor Jim Gibbons will hold a news conference Friday, Aug. 14, at 9 a.m. at the new Agriculture Department facility at 405 South 21st Street in Sparks. The governor will take extraordinary action to accelerate the acquisition and distribution of Stimulus Package funds (ARRA) to assist working families in Nevada, create and retain jobs, and assist others impacted by the current economic crisis.
