Clark/Sullivan Construction promoted Jarrett Rosenau to Vice President and Operations Manager of its Nevada office.

Rosenau will continue overseeing operations for construction projects in Nevada and the Tahoe Basin. He will share day-to-day senior leadership with Kevin Stroupe, who is chief financial officer and also a vice president. Both are gradually assuming responsibilities and ownership from Founder BJ Sullivan.

“Jarrett has helped build the great project teams we have today,” said Sullivan. “We will continue to build and grow to carry out the principles that we hold dear. We will remain strong in our abilities to collaborate, communicate, and innovate.”

Rosenau has 19 years of experience in project leadership, and he is a civil engineering graduate from Santa Clara. He has been with Clark/Sullivan for 15 years.

Clark/Sullivan Construction is a general contractor with offices in Nevada, California and Wyoming. It’s portfolio includes public facilities, education, hospitality, medical, industrial, commercial buildings, and more.
