Announcing the portfolio’s first four-bedroom apartment homes in Northern Nevada

Lewis Apartment Communities, a family-owned leader in the development and management of rental communities, announced today that their fifth apartment community in northern Nevada is now open and the first residents have moved in.

Homecoming at Kiley Ranch in Sparks is the master-planned community’s first multifamily neighborhood with a mix of both traditional apartments and townhomes, each with a private garage and luxury amenities. Homecoming will also offer the company’s first 4-bedroom apartment homes in Northern Nevada.

Located at 1234 Sabata Way, Homecoming at Kiley Ranch will include 306 apartment homes in total in addition to a clubhouse and resort-style pool and spa. Furnished models are available for prospective residents to tour.

“The Lewis Group of Companies was part of the early development of Kiley Ranch dating back to 1995,” said Robert Lewis, president of the Nevada Division. “We are pleased to announce that we have opened Homecoming and are proud to present our newest floorplans to renters in Kiley Ranch.”

For decades, the Lewis Group of Companies has focused on building multifamily communities that meet the needs of a wide range of renters. The floor plans at Homecoming start at 745 square feet, and residents can choose from one, two, three or four bedroom plans. Three-story townhomes will range in size from 1225 to 1518 square feet and offer two bedrooms with dual master suites and two and a half baths, three bedrooms with three full baths, and four bedrooms with three baths, all with attached, direct access two or three car garages.

The apartment homes feature quartz countertops, wood-style plank flooring, a private balcony or patio (per plan), full-size washer and dryer, abundant storage, pantries, spacious walk-in closets, and a designer kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. EV chargers are available and can be integrated into private garage spaces.

The gated community with mountain views offers many amenities in a quiet setting, such as a 5,200 square foot clubhouse with multiple social spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, indoor mailroom with self-service package lockers, pool and spa, community vineyard, barbeques, firepits, and children’s play area.

Located near the Kiley Ranch Wetland Preserve, Homecoming offers access to plenty of open space. The community is dog friendly with neighborhood walking routes, an indoor dog spa, and a large dog park. Other amenities include outdoor entertaining kitchens and an outdoor theater. Homecoming has convenient access to shopping, dining, parks and recreation.

The community is adjacent to Bohach Elementary School and Sky Ranch Middle school, both newly constructed five years ago. Lewis Apartment Communities was the winner of the CEL & Associates 2023 National Multifamily Customer Service Award for Excellence. Based on resident satisfaction surveys, last year was the 17th consecutive year the Lewis team received this nationally recognized honor. The award represents outstanding ability to provide the highest level and quality of customer service.

“We believe what sets our company apart from other developers is that we own and manage our properties. All of our property management staff works directly for our company,” said Lewis. “We place high value on delivering great customer service.”

The Lewis Group of Companies was founded as a family business in 1955 by Ralph and Goldy Lewis and has been developing in northern Nevada for more than 50 years. The company’s first development in the City of Sparks dates back to 1972 with the construction of single-family homes near Reed High School.

The company’s south Reno neighborhoods are Latitude 39 Apartment Homes, Indigo Apartment Homes, Esprit Townhome Apartments, and Harvest at Damonte Ranch Apartments and Townhomes. As in Homecoming at Kiley Ranch, all of the communities include a private garage with every apartment and electric vehicle chargers are available.
