Located on the perimeter of the Summit Mall, INOVA offers innovation and inspires luxury apartment living with a resort-style pool and sweeping mountain views near top rated grade schools, and professional learning institutions.
The amenities at INOVA are superior above many. The complex offers innovation, with an indoor multi-use sports court that can be used for pickleball, volleyball and basketball, two pools, two dog parks, cornhole, ping-pong, foosball, bocce ball, a walking trail and more. There is also a fitness center open 24/7. “We really try to utilize the entire space of the property,” says Cody Cason, senior community manager at INOVA. “It’s not your run-of-the-mill, desert- looking apartments.”
Location of INOVA may be the complex’s biggest draw. Built three years ago, it is the only Klein Financial Corporation property in Northern Nevada; most of the company’s locations are in California. Located adjacent to the Summit Mall, not only are high-end shopping, services, entertainment and dining just steps from your front door, but those same businesses offer discounts to residents. Cason says all residents of INOVA receive a 10 percent discount at Skipolini’s and Land Ocean, and some of the boutique shops extend the same, or a similar, perk.
There are 16 floor plans in all, comprised of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom configurations. The one-bedroom apartments max out at 752 square feet, while two-and three-bedroom units are larger. The one-bedroom units have one bathroom, while the other units have two.
In keeping with the modern approach to luxury living, bedrooms within the floor plans are large, and all units come with stainless steel and gas appliances. Every unit also comes with a garage pre-installed with EV charging stations boasting 220V chargers.
While most apartments come unfurnished, there are a few units within the complex that come completely furnished. These units are move-in ready and can be rented for as short as 30 days, or as long as one year (with the ability to sign a new lease at year’s end). There is no premium for the furnished units, which offer flexible lease terms.
INOVA also boasts a lively social calendar for residents. Anyone who lives at INOVA can attend resident events at no cost. These include the largest event of the year, an August taco and margarita party held at the pool, paint and sip nights and more. Most recently, Bonito sponsored a dog costume contest open to the city on November 4.
Some events also have activities geared toward kids, including a costume contest complete with raffles and prizes in October.
INOVA has an accommodating pet policy, as well. With two dog parks on site, a walking trail, dog-friendly events and more, they want owners with pets to feel welcome in the complex. There is a breed restriction list, but it’s on the smaller side, and the weight limit is set at a hefty 80 pounds.
The complex also caters to many backgrounds. INOVA’s Summit Mall property is a hybrid of traditional housing and low-income housing, with 20% of units catering to the latter category.
Choose INOVA as your next home to feel inspired through innovation with their high end amenities, and available unfurnished and furnished options. To inquire about renting, visit the leasing office 14001 Summit Sierra Blvd. INOVA’s leasing team would love to give you a tour.
