KPS3 Marketing has hired Ayse Caglar as vice president of client strategy. Caglar brings over 10 years of successful integrated marketing and communications experience to the agency. She will collaborate and engage with KPS3 clients across the county to lead client services and strategy for traditional, digital, social and technological solutions. She will also work internally to help the KPS3 team expand their skills in strategic and creative thinking.

“Strategy is at the root of everything we do at KPS3. With Ayse in this new role, we will further strengthen that position,” said Rob Gaedtke, KPS3 CEO. “She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion as a marketer that not only compliments the current team but adds another level of strategic communications to our team.”

Caglar joins KPS3 from Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), an international leader in aerospace and defense, where she most recently served as the chief of staff to the president. She led all executive communications on behalf of the president and worked behind the scenes to ensure executive priorities were completed effectively and efficiently.

Prior to her role as chief of staff, Caglar served as SNC’s deputy director of communications managing the corporation’s international media relations and strategic communications efforts for international projects related to SNC and its subsidiaries. She was also responsible for the organization’s internal communications strategy enterprise-wide with a focus to expand employee communications efforts among its nearly 4,000 employees.

Before joining SNC, Caglar served in a number of different marketing and communications roles at Renown Health, eventually leading the hospital’s internal and external communications teams as their manager of communications. During her time at Renown, Caglar launched, managed and grew BestMEDICINE, Renown Health’s content marketing strategy. She was responsible for the organization’s annual image study, managed successful launches for various services and earned a PRSA Silver Spike award for the team’s creative content marketing strategies on behalf of Renown Health.

Caglar earned her BA in journalism with a minor in marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2005, and earned her MBA from the same university in 2007.
