“Tour of the Nose,” a kid’s ONLY bicycle race is being held April 9, 2016. The race will be free and open to kids ages 4-12 (we will have two separate races for each age group) around Idlewild Park starting at Latimore loop. Each kid will get their very own nose glasses, to of course show their friends how cool they are. All we ask is for a $5 suggested donation.

Their will also be Fire on the Mountain Food Truck and All State there to give a safety lesson.

Who: Tour de Nez and Red Wagon Network.

When: Saturday, April 9: 11am-1pm.

Where: Idlewild Park Reno, Nevada 89509.

Why: “In case you didn’t know Tour De Nez means “Tour of the Nose,” so we wanted to have some fun with Red Wagon Network and the kids this year by stating the obvious and put on a kids ONLY race,” said Bubba Melcher. “Parents come cheer your kids on! And we hope to see you all at the Mighty Tour de Nez Saturday, June 11th!”

About Tour de Nez: In a world of constant change, recovery, and rebirth, the Tour de Nez is no exception.  From its birth as a tiny coffeehouse party with an impromptu bike race thrown in as pure fun, to a three venue, multi-state, multi-stage race, and now back to its roots as a downtown Reno criterium on the USA Cycling calendar for pros, aspiring pros, nationally-ranked amateurs, and the average Joe and Josephine who want to see how they do in a real race.

About Red Wagon Network: Red Wagon Network is the community’s Power Team. We want to bring business owners, entrepreneurs, community leaders and local residents together through an upbeat, professional environment that emphasizes what YOU need.

We will help you develop strategies for success while surrounding you with an ever-growing community of support, ideas and partnerships. You tell us your needs and we build the network to deliver them.
