Kevin Hart began his career sizing men and women for footwear, when a chance, electrifying performance at amateur night in a Philadelphia comedy club changed his life.

Hart quit his shoe salesman job and began performing full time at such venues as The Boston Comedy Club, Caroline’s, Stand-Up NY, The Laugh Factory, and The Comedy Store in Los Angeles.

However, it was his first appearance at the “Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival” that led Kevin into roles in feature films such as Paper Soldiers, Scary Movie 3, and Along Came Polly and he will bring his comedy to Reno, Friday, Oct. 30 at the Reno Events Center at 8 p.m. Presented by the Downtown Tri-Properties, tickets will go on sale Friday, Sept. 18.

Hart has continued to work non-stop and in 2015 Kevin can be seen in two movies and on the road for his What Now Comedy tour. His recent movie projects include Screen Gem’s The Wedding Ringer and Get Hard, opposite Will Farrell. The consummate worker, Hart is also a force in television, Executive Producing the show, Real Husbands of Hollywood which premiered its third season last September.

In 2016 Kevin will be seen in the much anticipated Ride Along 2, the sequel to last year’s one-hundred-million-dollar blockbuster hit of the same name. Hart will also appear in the highly anticipated action comedy Central Intelligence, opposite Dwayne Johnson, as well as the animated film PETS. Rounding out the year, Universal Pictures will release the What Now concert Film. In addition to film, Kevin will be embarking on a multi-city international live tour, What Now, following his highly successful domestic tour of the same name.
