Celebrating 50 years of business, Q&D Construction Inc. is the sponsor for this month’s breakfast, featuring Warren’s presentation, “Top 10 Tips to Live a Thriving Life.”

Warren has more than 15 years’ experience of public speaking on health, fitness and nutrition, and is a main presenter of weekly webinars with more than 50 fitness professionals. Warren is certified as a Core Power Yoga Coach, USA Triathlon Coach, USA Track and Field coach and CrossFit coach, among others. She shares the foundation, built around nutrition, exercise and positive thinking, to live life to its fullest potential.
