WIN BREAKFAST NEWS RELEASE – Nikki Warren, certified fitness coach with over 20 years of experience, will be the keynote speaker at this month’s WIN breakfast meeting held Friday, May 30 at 7 a.m. in the Capri Ballroom at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino. Celebrating 50 years of business, Q&D Construction Inc. is the sponsor for this month’s breakfast, featuring Warren’s presentation, “Top 10 Tips to Live a Thriving Life.”
Warren has more than 15 years’ experience of public speaking on health, fitness and nutrition, and is a main presenter of weekly webinars with more than 50 fitness professionals. She has coached gymnasts and snowboarders, including 2014 Olympic gold medalist Jamie Anderson, for 20 years. She brings the same motivation and expertise to her public speaking platform, giving participants the tools to live a centered, healthy life.
From her own life experiences — getting kicked out of the house as a pregnant 16-year-old to building and running several successful businesses, including the Kaia F.I.T. fitness franchise boasting 53 locations — Warren learned the value of hard work and how to thrive.
Warren is certified as a Core Power Yoga Coach, USA Triathlon Coach, USA Track and Field coach and CrossFit coach, among others. She shares the foundation, built around nutrition, exercise and positive thinking, to live life to its fullest potential.
