Reno Police, FBI seek bank robbery suspect

Robber 3At approximately 11:35 a.m. today, the Nevada State Bank at 1 W. Liberty St., Reno, was robbed by a single suspect. The suspect entered the bank and handed a note announcing a robbery to a female teller. The teller gave the suspect an undetermined amount of cash, and the suspect then left the bank.

The suspect is described as a white male adult, approximately 35 to 40 years old, approximately 5-10, and wearing a black baseball hat with “Sox” on the front, a white long-sleeved hooded sweatshirt with a logo on the left chest and sunglasses.

This robbery is being investigated jointly by Reno Police Department detectives and the FBI.
