Feb. 2 at 10 a.m.: Basic Pruning
Plant doctor Jon Bruyn will discuss the fundamentals of pruning including the dos and don’ts plus required tools. Weather permitting, demonstration will be done outside.
Feb. 2 at 12:30 p.m.: Pruning Trees and Shrubs
Bruyn will discuss the techniques used by homeowners to keep their trees, shrubs and ornamental vines healthy and looking good. Weather permitting, demonstrations will be done outside and participation is encouraged. Dress appropriately and bring your gloves.
All seminars are free and held at Moana Nursery, 1190 W. Moana Lane, in our Landscape and Design Center unless otherwise stated. Seminars begin promptly at 10 a.m. and last one hour.
