FALLON – Senate Minority Leader Mike McGinness announced today the launch of nvgopsenate.com.
“The Nevada Senate Republican Caucus is proud to announce the launch of our new Caucus website. When planning this project we considered what would be of greatest importance and interest to our constituents. We wanted a comfortable place that would be bookmarked and frequented – a resource hub with links on a variety of subjects that, until now, were not readily available in one place.
“We wanted to highlight our caucus priorities – those issues we believe to be most important to our constituents. We have provided each of our senators his or her own sub-site, tailored to our respective districts to bring attention to the beauty of our great state, its capitol and our local communities.
“We encourage our constituents to get to know us a little better – to discover that we are real people with real lives and interests. It is important to us that Nevadans know our roles in the senate and become familiar with our sponsored legislation, votes and committee assignments.
“We encourage our friends and neighbors to take the time to explore our website and visit frequently as new information and resources are added. The site will continue to grow in the coming weeks and months as we unveil several exciting projects. We are happy to provide this resource to Nevadans and hope our caucus website will become a model for other state caucuses.
