Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno will be teaching “Tantra” on August 31, which is open to public.
Tantra, a method of spiritual self-culture, is divine revelation whose history went back to fourth century. Tantra is a conscious approach to self-discovery which directed the seeker to prepare mind and body to the level where it could withstand any turbulence, both inner as well as outer.
Religious statesman Rajan Zed, who is one of the panelists for “On Faith”, a prestigious interactive conversation on religion produced jointly by Newsweek and WashingtonPost.com, will teach.
All are welcome to sign-up for this “Tantra” (CR104C) class which will be offered at Room S103, Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC Meadowood Center), 5270 Neil Road, Reno 89502 ; on Tuesday, August 31, 2010; from six to nine pm. Tuition is $39 and seniors get a discount.
