The LOOP, a 20-acre planned complex located in the heart of Reno’s South Meadows, is debuting with Zeppelin in November. Zeppelin will offer distinct dining, a bar and entertainment space for patrons 21 and older.
As the first business to open at The LOOP, Zeppelin will have a unique menu offering shareable food options created by award-winning chef, Jakon Tolhurst, and executive sous chef Craig Domer.
Tolhurst brings over 15 years of experience to the Reno cooking scene and has developed an exquisite menu designed for groups both large and small that will pair with the intricately, hand-crafted cocktail menu. The décor will feature a World’s Fair theme.
The LOOP has been a vision of its developers for over five years, and the team is committed to making a difference in the Reno community by providing an innovative place for social gathering and like-minded businesses.
“It’s the world-changing, inventive spirit of the 1904 World’s Fair and Count Zeppelin that served as our inspiration. Zeppelin is about bringing people together with great food and drink in an extraordinary atmosphere, but it’s also the culmination of a long-held dream – of a social gathering place unlike any other. And it’s a dream that’s taken many years to build,” said Anthony June, CEO and developer of The LOOP.
Following the debut of Zeppelin, The LOOP plans to open Rounders, an all-ages dining, entertainment and activity center in Winter 2018/2019. The Sportsdome XL is on track for opening in 2019.
