PHOTOS: Wheelchair Rugby Teams Face Off at Local Tournament

The City of Reno Paralympic Sport Reno hosted this weekend the Reno Rumble Low Point Tournament at the Evelyn Mount Northeast Community Center. Teams from the United States Quad Rugby Association (USQRA) participated in a competitive weekend of wheelchair rugby. Two local players joined the Boise Bombers in the competition.

Wheelchair rugby is a full-contact wheelchair sport popularized by the movie, “Murderball.” Check out the photo gallery below.
