This year’s Reno Rodeo Denim Drive runs November 9 through December 16. During this annual community event new jeans, new shirts, new socks, and new underwear are collected for abused and neglected infants, children and teens who have been rescued from unsafe homes in northern Nevada.
“Your support of the Reno Rodeo Denim Drive makes a tremendous difference to children who have survived circumstances most of us can barely imagine,” said Mark Elston, Reno Rodeo Foundation president.
The Reno Rodeo Denim Drive serves youth in 14 northern Nevada counties. A complete list of drop-off locations can be found at RenoRodeoFoundation.org.
“Giving new clothes to a neglected, abused and abandoned child offers a sense of well-being and comfort. It sends a deeper message that someone cares about them as they begin their foster care journey,” added Clara Andriola, Reno Rodeo Foundation executive director.
