Wine feast features organics

porqueno-wine-225x300-1771765-8225800Campo presents a six-course wine dinner featuring pours from the Tres Sabores Winery on January 26, 6:30 p.m., at Campo in Reno.

Tres Sabores means “Three Flavors” in Spanish, and the winery focuses on growing certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, and Petite Sirah at the ranch in Rutherford, Napa Valley.

A blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Verdot called Por Que No? will be featured at the dinner.

Reservations are required. The cost is $75 per person, tax and gratuity are not included. Call Campo at 775-737-9555 for more information.

Miriam Hodgman is originally from San Francisco. She previously was the communications coordinator for the largest hunger-relief organization in Sonoma County, California. She has a bachelor’s degree in American history, with a minor in American Indian studies, from San Francisco State University, and has a master’s degree in public administration from Sonoma State University. She enjoys training a variety of martial arts.
