On Sunday October 26, 2014 shortly before 730 am, Reno Police Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of E Plumb Lane in South Reno on the report of a male subject who was laying on the ground and was unconscious and bleeding. Arriving Officers located the man who had shot and was later pronounced dead on scene.
The deceased male was transported to the Washoe County Medical Examiner’s Office where he has been positively identified as 49 year old California resident Benjamin Ford (DOB 10/13/65) with an alias of Vinni Gallo.
