POSITIVELY 4TH STREET BLOCK PARTY – The “Positively 4th Street Block Party” takes place on the 500 block of East 4th Street between Valley and Elko on Saturday, June 14, between the hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. This event is free to the public and serves as a celebration of the small businesses and nonprofit organizations that make the 4th Street corridor a sustainable and vibrant place to do business.
