Although the Spanish-language website was scheduled to be operational on November 16, user acceptance testing revealed stability issues with the site. In an effort to provide Nevada’s consumers with the best enrollment experience possible, patches are being applied to the site this week before releasing it to the public.

“We know many Nevadans are anxious to start enrolling at EnlacedeSeguroMedicoNevada.com as soon as possible,” said Jon Hager, executive director of Nevada Health Link. “However, they also deserve the first-class experience that has made Nevada stand out as a leader in state-based health insurance marketplaces.”

Today, all Nevadans can enroll at NevadaHealthLink.com. Nevada Health Link is running smoothly and enrolling individuals, families and small businesses in certified health insurance plans. Consumers can also seek assistance from a local navigator or broker, or call 855-7-NVLINK to speak with one of our bilingual customer service representatives.

It is also important to note that Nevadans do not need to enroll through the federal HealthCare.gov, as Nevada Health Link was developed as a state-based exchange – by Nevadans, for Nevadans.
