Local authors to play “personal shoppers” at Sundance Books and Music

2011-processcolor-arch-6What: Local authors Mignon Fogarty (Grammar Girl), Christopher Coake (You Came Back) and Ellen Hopkins (Smoke) will be hanging out at Sundance Books and Music for “Indies First” on Small Business Saturday. They’ll be helping shoppers find the perfect books for their loved ones.

About Small Business Saturday and “Indies First”: Small Business Saturday takes place on the first Saturday after Thanksgiving. It is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses across the country during one of the busiest shopping periods of the year. “Indies First” is a national movement of local authors supporting their local bookstores on Small Business Saturday. It was founded by acclaimed author Sherman Alexie and is supported and promoted by the American Booksellers Association.
