CITY OF RENO NEWS RELEASE

reno-logo-1564106-7460723As we experience the warmth and spirit of this holiday season, we can share that spirit with a senior in need. Join the City of Reno and Washoe County Senior Services in helping brighten the holidays of many of our seniors facing financial challenges. By donating items listed on the holiday tree tags or on our websites, you are ensuring a very special senior is remembered and appreciated.

Holiday trees are located on the first and second floors of Reno City Hall, One East 1st St. You can take a tag or visit the city’s website at Reno.gov for a list of needed items.

Drop off unwrapped gifts to the first or second floor of City Hall or at the Evelyn Mount Northeast Community Center between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday through Tuesday, Dec. 17. All donated gifts will be distributed to senior citizens through the Washoe County Senior Services Program.

Please join us in spreading a little holiday cheer for our seniors in need.
